14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it to us within 14 calendar days from the date you received your shipment for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received them.

  • All shoes must be returned in their original, undamaged shoe box. Please place this box inside a protective shipping box to avoid damage or marks to the product packaging.

  • All original tags and accessories must be included.

Return Shipping Costs
Please note that the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. These costs are non-refundable.

How to Initiate a Return (The Refund Process)

Refunds & Processing Time
